P1020788 Nature Park Sparbach is the oldest Nature Park in Austria and  lies near Moedling in the southern area of the Wienerwald. The walled in park-like area seduces with giant trees, romantic ruins and spacious meadows. It holds out an invitation to walk through this Vienna Wood area with pond. In the year 1810, Prince Johann I of Liechtenstein designed a romantic estate with English garden.

There is an adventure playground with tree house, new water and sand playground and a barbecue area as well as an enclosure for small animals and a „Gallery of wild animals”. Special features of the park are black-coated wild boars, which roam around freely in groups. In the adventure house children can listen to the sounds of nature, see the animals at play and follow their tracks.

Sparbach Nature Park is also one of the Top destinations in Lower Austria and there is no admission when using the Lower Austria Card (LAC).
