Play, explore, run around or discover the hard adventure for garden kids is fun for the entire family! Discover and experience nature: animals in the garden pond, life in the floodplain, turn wax candles, magic show with Thommy Ten, cuddly doctoring together with the Red Cross and guided tours for families.

P1030765Tulln Gardens is the first sustainable garden exhibition in Europe and one of Lower Austria’s most popular attractions. Each year visitors get to experience different model gardens, a 30-metre high treetop pathway and the biggest adventure and nature play area in Lower Austria. The garden exhibition offers gardeners lots of new ideas and it’s an excursion destination for those interested in nature, extending across 10 hectares.

The Tulln Gardens has plenty of space for children to play. The attraction with its extensive hiking trails has been designed with families in mind. In Lower Austria’s largest nature adventure playground, children can live out their fantasy adventures and be a fearless pirate  captain for a day. A weekly children’s programme and children’s birthday is offered.

Wasserpark_RobertHerbst_2No peat, mineral fertilisers or pesticides are used in the 60 model gardens. Free guided tours through the garden are offered every day at 10.30 am. Sit down on the large terrace by the water-lily pond and water fountains and enjoy the hourly water games with music. Or rent a boat in the water park and explore the Danube wetlands with a paddle in your hand on 5 km waterways including species-rich natural riparian and a picnic site.

The Tulln Gardens is also one of the Top destinations in Lower Austria and there is no admission when using the Lower Austria Card (LAC).
