Children’s University + Festivals

Kinderuni Wien is almost like a real university, except the students are a bit younger – between 7 and 12 years of age. They can attend lectures, seminars and workshops from a range of different scientific fields free of charge. There are some lectures in English and other languages. Registration starts on 13 June.

The Children and Youth Theatre Dschungel  celebrates a summer festival for all the family at  Mariahilferstrasse and  in front of the theater house, with dance, free theater performances and music.

KirschenmarktCherry Festival
The cherry region around the Lake Neusiedl presents its regional diversity of products to taste, drink, enjoy and buy. Typical regional cherry varieties will be presented. You can pick your own cherries by appointment in June at Wum-Kirschen.
